Our team and providers work in several countries, including Pakistan and the United States. Where data leaves your country we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where required.
Contact requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer if we work together and the law requires records. Server logs are kept for a short period, normally under 90 days.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK GDPR, or California and other US state laws) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict some uses, withdraw consent, and complain to your data protection authority.
